I am Eveli Lindell – a certified real estate agent in the Tallinn area, working in the real estate sector since 2016. Today, I also hold a Level 6 professional certificate, which is rare among Estonian real estate agents and confirms my professional competence and dedication.
I started my real estate career in 2016 at Uus Maa Real Estate Bureau, where I also led and trained agents. In 2020, I co-founded Uus Maa Central Real Estate Bureau, which in 2021 we rebranded and renamed it to ELUM Kinnisvara OÜ. Today, I operate under the name Lindell Kinnisvara, focusing fully on brokerage work and personal client relationships.
My top priorities are always client satisfaction and service, and I consider honesty, openness, precision, and helpfulness as my core values.
I consider myself a cheerful and optimistic person who enjoys traveling and exploring the food cultures of different countries. I love my family. Without their support, I would not be so successful in my career path.
