I am Kätlin Valgmäe, a real estate agent in Tallinn and Harju County, working in the field since 2021.
My journey into real estate began in the tourism and hospitality industry, where I developed a strong client-focused mindset and a belief that excellent service is the foundation of every successful collaboration. This is reflected in the trust my clients have placed in me and the recommendations they have shared.
I started my real estate career at Uus Maa Central, later continuing under the rebranded ELUM Kinnisvara. Today, I operate independently under the name Lindell Kinnisvara, fully dedicated to my clients and building long-term client relationships.
I am a member of the Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers. In the autumn of 2025, I began my studies in Personal Brand-Based Entrepreneurship at the University of Tartu Pärnu College, further supporting my professional growth.
For me, real estate is more than just a transaction - it is an important step in a person´s life. I believe the focus should always be on people and their well-being, not just the deal itself.
